you know what mike? again i say that is damn disciplined and damn impressive! there's not many people who can do that and that's why as i said before i find you a really great motivator because that discipline really inspires me.

for me i think my exercise is going okay, but my nutrition is where i've been having a few slip ups. i usually eat right during the week then have my cheat day on saturdays, which sometimes rolls on to sunday which is nooo good because it undoes everything i've done the whole week.

But this week i think i've gotten my act together so have eaten right for 7 straight days and gunning for another 7 days....from now i'm breaking up my progress into one week at a time. i think when i look at it in the long term then i kinda freak out. but one week at a time looks do-able so will keep it that way for now.

well, it's getting late here so i think i'm going off to bed...have a great week :)


yesterday i had a 1/2 burger at hooters, no fries tho. just water. at home its easy, i dont have anything bad to eat. and i supplement with whey and i eat a lot of protein and fiber. I don't crave foods. I never really ate any sweets anyhow. I dunno, im just on my game with the food thing. If i do get hungry for some reason, i just snack on some celery and stuff.

i always get asked if i get bored with the same stuff, but like every couple of weeks ill change it up. add tuna or salmon instead of chicken, replace oatmeal with eggwhites and something etc. i dunno cherry, im just weird. i think of food as building blocks for the better me.
 
I believe somewhere in another thread is to stay strong for a few weeks, then have a cheat day. I take mine down a notch and have a cheat meal. but then I still do it half ass decently. eh one day I'm sure ill actually cheat, i wanna be down 20 lbs or so before i do that tho
 
ok guys for real. I have two knots in the upper part of calves, right where your leg bends almost. anyone have any ideas on how to stretch them out? ive been puttin my toes on a raised surface and letting my heel drop to the floor but its still tender.
 
what about if I do the massage ?

yeah it would still hurt. but at least it would be a little bit more fun, haha
 
at 475 lbs on the super cat? i mean i know its been a few months since i lifted, but cmon, i was up way higher

it isn't a very clinical/injury treatment kind of massage but it smells good and feels good, too

and congrats, I just saw your photos, you are a totally different person. you were cute before but now you look cute and really hot!

no one can resist the scent of cinnamon, you will be out of your clothes in seconds.

that or, I am actually removing them while you are still dizzy with the fumes.
