What is your current height and weight?
6'2, I think 270
If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
I guess around 225, I have a lot of mass so I guess thats reasonable.
At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
Hmm...I'll prolly be sitting around 235 cuz of my weight routine. I'm ok with that tho
Why do you want to lose weight?
I'm a chunky monkey. I wear a 2x in shirts and a size 34 pant, come on, im effin lopsided.
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
In reality, nothing. I'm pretty damn hardcore about this.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
I used to have a weight problem, I was just went on a lazy binge.
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Hmm, I guess cutting out the bread is helping. Other than that, I'm pretty on point.
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
Yeah, I used the Abs diet from mens health. Used many of their recipes with the 12 power foods. Its kinda what I'm doing now. I don't really have to count calories or anything like that.
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
I decided to be a bum. Just jacked around playing video games and watching the tube.
What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight?
Uh the first time I lost weight was the first time I tried to lose weight.
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yeah for food. All I drink is water so I don't write that down.
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
I cook my weekly meals on saturday so they are ready. My breakfast I cook before I go to the gym and eat it afterwards. Lunch and the snacks are simple, no need to cook them.
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Uh, usually just once a week, i use it as my opt out meal, I still keep it healthy tho, I mean I cheat a lil bit, but not much.
What are your three favorite foods?
Grasshoppers ( cream cheese stuffed jalepeno wrapped in bacon)
Fajitas
Crawfish
What are your three favorite restaurants?
Freebirds
Chili's
Any mexican restaurant that isn't dirty.
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Eat when and how much I'm supposed to
Everything I eat my body uses it for something so eat wisely
Slow and steady wins the race (no fast food)
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Hmm, well my bench would be at 405. And I'd prolly need smaller shirts.
Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Yeah, well I eat at certain times so sometimes I'm not feeling like it, but I know I need it.
Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
I used to make buffets my bitch
Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
Nope
Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
Nope
Do you eat as a reward?
Uh, not really.
Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
I like multitasking.
What do you normally eat for a meal?
Sun-Fri: 5-6 cups of fresh spinach, 2 cups diced chicken, 1 cup diced egg whites, 1/4 cup of low fat mozzerella, 15 grape tomatoes, 3 tblspoons of a vinagrette dressing.
Sat: Whatever floats my boat.
What type of snacks do you eat?
Protein shakes, celery, carrots, brocolli
In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
I split up running and or some other type of cardio equipment (20 mins apiece) or I just go all out pretty hard on the elliptical for 40 mins; I do this before I eat breakfast, burn all those fat cells for sure. At night I hit the weights using a 5 day split chest on monday, back on tuesday, bi/tri on wednesday, shoulders on thursday, and I hit my legs with a brutal ass workout on friday. I throw abs in on my chest, arms, and leg days
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
I hit up Iron Works.
What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Bench, Squats, Running
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
Daily: Keep up with my exercise
monthly: Every month I'll be lighter
yearly: I wanna look like the athlete I feel like.
Do you have rewards for certain goals?
Piece of mind. Its all I really need.
