Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Mine was great! Went to the beach again and just had a good relaxing time doing really not much at all and driving around aimlessly exploring new things with the boyfriend. Still uncomfortable laying/walking around the beach without being semi-covered up

Eating habits over the weekend weren't great though, i find it really hard to resist temptation at the beach, especially when im always out and doing something.
So....
Food for 07/31
B-1 egg, cherries
S-yogurt
L-shrimp, shrimp sauce
S-none
D-12" cold cut sub at subway (eek!)
Food for 08/01
B-Fibre 1 cereal with milk, cherries
L-1/2 caesar salad (no croutons), 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, a few plain chips
D-fish and chips, salad
S-ice cream cone
Food for 08/02
B-3 slices bacon, 2 eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, 2 tiny hash browns
S-iced mocha, chocolate tart
D-chicken breast, 1 hot dog, 1 spoonful of potato salad, 1 spoonful of coleslaw
S-popcorn
Food for 08/03
B-3 pieces bacon, eggs, 2 pieces brown toast
L-1/2 caesar salad, 1/2 raisin tart
S-ice cream in a bowl
D-2 sausages (1 bun), salad
S-dorito chips
Eek!!! So ya...food wasnt so good for the weekend. So back to healthy eating today and the rest of the week for sure. Good thing i walked alot and got a good bike ride in over the weekend.
