Pizza is bad for cats and dogs mainly because of the garlic & onion, which are toxic for them, but also because of the high salt content. A single clove of garlic is all it takes to poison a cat.

Breakfast: 3 Servings of Cereal (480 cal.), 2 servings of 1% Milk (200 cal.), 4 Cups of Coffee (100 cal.)

Lunch: 1 0.95 lb. Steak (850 cal.), 1 side of Mashed Potatoes (170 cal.), 3 Servings of peas (210 cal.)

Dinner: 1 Wegmans EZ Meal (Salsa Verde Pulled Pork 350 cal.)

Drinks: 4 cups of Diet Peach Snapple

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

I woke up full, so I didn't eat a huge breakfast. For lunch I decided to have the steak I bought a few weeks ago that was sitting in my freezer. I did better than last time I actually watched a YouTube video from Gordon Ramsay on how to cook the perfect steak.

Thankfully I don't think Tobi had much maybe a small bite. It's set up pretty well! The only thing is I wish it had a gas stove.
 
Good to hear your steak turned out better this time. The internet makes improving your cooking skills so much easier.

I ate less than I thought, in a moment of weakness I bought some small personal pizzas from Target and I decided to have them since the chicken I put in the fridge wasn't thawed. I also tried something new for breakfast which ended up pretty good.

Today I got to leave early from work, the only drawback it was for a dentist appointment where I had to get another crown.

I went to a meetup so I skipped Dinner. I woke up late so I decided to pick up something from Dash-In. Unfortunately they didn't have any breakfast sandwiches which pissed me off so I got the Nutri Grain Bars and the Croissant.

I would have done better without the cookie or the soda. At least I made a point to walk some. I made the spaghetti and meat sauce myself using canned sauce and ground beef I cooked. It was okay but a little too meaty. I saved some of the meat and I may try my hand at meat sauce again.

I meant to make an omelet for breakfast but I screwed up so I had scrambled eggs instead. I don't know why I keep screwing up these omelets!

I had the day off since it was Memorial Day. I didn't really do anything except stay inside. I was going to have a simple Taco Salkad, but I threw everything into it lol.
