Is something distracting you (other than the car issue) or are you lacking motivation?

Fatigue makes everything harder and not having your sleep apnea machine would make it harder solve the fatigue issue. At the same time eating well often helps me with energy levels.

I've been slacking on getting these entries out. Some of it has to do with fatigue and the fact I can't do them at work (for some reason this site is geo-blocked) and its a pain to do it on my phone.

yeah what makes it worse I was really fatigued last week because it was a busy week at work. Also this week I've been feeling a little down.

I don't know if I should walk or not because of the air quality. I went outside dring lunch and my throat was burning the rest of the day!

If you could manage some really healthy eating days you may feel a bit better, Matt. Is it smoky where you are?

Not going outside too much is probably better right now. Maybe you can do some low-impact cardio with a Youtube video? Having forest fires in the area would be eating away at your energy levels as well. Maybe for now focus on what healthy things you can add to your meals (more greens, more protein?) rather than what all you shouldn't be eating. I always feel better and more determined to do well if I can at least make that start.

Not a good day, I skipped the vending machine but I didn't avoid the fried foods. I'm trying to get back in the emotional state and motivation when I first started losing weight 8 years ago.

Not really, I think Thursday may have been a particular bad day. Maybe it was also because that's the day I had to go into work.

Today was a sick day so I spent most of the day in bed. I went to the DR. and thankfully it's not COVID, just a sinus infection. I made a bad decision of treating myself to some sweets.

I hope you're starting to feel better. Also - I know this was a couple of days ago but still - how is one piece of tiramisu 1040 calories?! That's two thirds of the whole tray where I buy it
