I hope you're starting to feel better. Also - I know this was a couple of days ago but still - how is one piece of tiramisu 1040 calories?! That's two thirds of the whole tray where I buy it :eek:

I mean it wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny either. I'm wondering if they got it wrong?

They are! I feel worse then the times I had COVID!

Sadly, probably not. Almost all companies are very much trying to put the lowest possible calories on their packaging. Maybe they used pure cream instead of mascarpone?

Breakfast: 5 Strips of Bacon (300 cal.), 3 Oatmeal Squares (450 cal.), 5 cups of Coffee (50 cal.)

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Roast Chicken Breast (200 cal.), 4 Servings of Lima Beans (400 cal.)

Snack: 3 Natures Valley Oat Square Bars (450 cal.), 5 Nutri Grain bars (700 cal.)

Drinks: 3 Cans of Pepsi Zero,1 cup of Milk (110 cal.), 2 cups of Diet Lemonade (50 cal.) 5 cups of Water.

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

Estimated Calories: 2700 cal. (430 cal. over 2270)

I felt better so I went into work. I hadn't realized I had eaten that much in the last 2 days so I was surprised I had gained weight. Also I decided to walk since I've felt better. I was happy that I was able to avoid the vending machine, though I wonder if the Oatmeal Squares replaced that. I was also excited because Thursday was the premiere of Strange New Worlds.

I don't know, it said they used Mascarpone in the menu, I wonder if it was just a larger portion. I know it was bigger then the Tiramisus I've gotten at this other Italian restaurant I go to every once in a while.
 
It does add up quickly: a cube with 2 inch sides is a good-sized portion already, calorie-wise.
Good to hear you're feeling better and were able to walk to work.

I forgot to mention I attempted to make a Frittata, though on the stove. Unfortunately I think I added too much spinach and it tasted kind of gross.

Again I ate too much and honestly if I didn't have the Bread and the Chips , I would have made my calorie goal for the day.

Drinks: 3 Cans of Pepsi Zero, 2 Cups of Diet Lemonade (50 cal.).

I've had roughly the same amount of calories this week so I have to be more careful.

Drinks: 2 Cans of Cherry Coke (400 cal.), 1 Cup of Diet Ginger Ale (0 cal.), 2 Cup of Water.

Next time I get in the mood to eat various foods and eat them in the same day, I'm going to remember today because I overate and I felt sick.
 
Just make tomorrow a better day again. Maybe count your calories up before you eat/order them? It looks like they surprise you sometimes.

A pretty good, at least better than yesterday. I had the day off because it's Juneteenth but I stayed at home. I got an extra slice of carrot cake by mistake when I order Sunday so I decided to go ahead and eat it now.

I tried but failed to avoid going to Dash-In for lunch. We had a power outage for 8 hours so I couldn't cook anything, so I finished the oat squares. I was so mad about having no power I decided to walk some more.

There was another power failure so I decided to go into the office. I had vending machine food unfortunately as well as a sandwich from Wawa since I couldn't make anything due to not have any power. Also I couldn't walk due to it raining. Thankfully the power was on when I got home, well it was half on, I had to turn the switches on and off in the circuit box.
