It was light but pretty good. The only thing was the Zoodles came out a little soggy. That last one looks like an excellent day. Very light dinner but lots of nutrients.
Hope the dentist wasn't too rough. Looks like you caught yourself pretty well with that dinner even if lunch was just snacks.
I wish it didn't! Its already cos me $848.00 for 1 crown and my next appt will cost $1093.00!I hope the dentist didn't hurt your hip pocket too much!

Looks like breakfast is the meal where you really go big (and carb heavy). Do you wake up very hungry?
You did well for a Saturday, Matt. I would love to see more veggies in there
Isn't it always so with cheffy recipes? Half the reason fancy restaurants have such small portions seem to they're all butter and cream. Also the eggs had a little more calories, since I used a recipe from Gordon Ramsay which ended up really good but had sour cream and butter.
Adding more fibrous/green veggies to your dinner might help with that.Or I'll be hungry at night and I'll just go to bed and tell my self I'll eat in the morning.
Shame about the cauliflower. Was it supposed to be low-carb risotto or risotto with cauliflower mixed in? The former sounds like a terrible marketing idea to me, given that the main difference between risotto and normal rice is the amount of starch, but then marketing companies will call anything anything to make a sale.
