I ate too much junk but less then I have in the past. I'd like to think I earned it by walking to Dash-In. I think next week I'm going to try to make something somewhat better like steak or pasta.
 
Walking 45 minutes would burn around 225 kcal for me. The excess calories wouldn't worry me as much here as the complete lack of fruit, veggies, and water.

Well I unfortunately succumbed to temptation and ate a slice of cake. I was kind of hungry because I didn't finish my lunch.

I'm trying to stick to 2270-2300 but its pretty hard. I'm sharing a car with my dad for the last week and he was using it so I didn't get any shopping done. So I had to walk to Dash-In the night before and grab something for lunch today. I'm glad I was able to stick to a healthier option.

I'm writing this entry late because I've been nursing a hangover as you can probably see. I have to keep track a little better with some of the calories. I drank 800 cal. worth of alcoholic drinks alone! Plus I didn't realize the sub was so high in calories, it was good I didn't finish it!

Dinner: 1 1 lb. Steak 800 cal.), 1 side of Potatoes Gratin (140 cal.), 1 side of Lima Beans (100 cal.)

Drinks:1 cup of Sugar Free Fruit Punch, 3 Cups of Diet Snapple (10 cal.)

Exercise: 1 hour of Walking

Estimated total calories: 3540 calories ( 1270 calories over 2270).

I spent most of the day nursing a hangover, which probably contributed to me eating too much or at eating junk for lunch. I tried my hand a cooking a steak but to quote Gordon Ramsey (IT'S RAW!!! IT'S F'IN RAW!!!), so I had to cook it some more, but ended up being okay.

Not a great day. I was able to borrow the car so I got some shopping done and I had to mail a return package which took me across town since the post office near me's self service Kiosk was closed.

I got some microwaveable easy to prepare meals and items. I should have gotten them for lunch a long time ago, since I have only 30 minutes. I was going to have chicken for lunch, but it wasn't done so I had to finish it during dinner.
