Breakfast: 4 Strips of Bacon (160 cal.), 3 Scrambled Eggs (210 cal.), 2 servings of Hashed Brown Potatoes ( 140 cal.), 2 Pieces of Toast, (200 cal.) 4 cups of Coffee (60 cal.), 1 cup of Milk (150 cal.)
Lunch: 1 Piece of Roast Chicken w/Barbeque Sauce (180 cal.), 2 sides of Mashed Potatoes (240 cal.), 2 sides of Lima Beans (200 cal.)
Dinner: 1 side of Chow Mein (510 cal.), 1 serving of Sizzling Shrimp (130 cal.), 1 serving of Beijing Beef (470 cal.) from Panda Express
Drinks: 1 Can of Cherry Coke (200 cal.), 1 bottle of Pepsi Zero (0 cal.), 1 Cocktail (150 cal.?), 2 Beers (400 cal.??), 2 Café BonBons (260 cal.)

I probably would have done better if I had avoided Panda Express and didn't have any drinks this evening.
