I do like that they show with the Fitbit how much of the time you are in fat burning vs the other peak or cardio modes where your heart rate is more elevated because in fat burning mode you don't burn as many calories but you burn more fat. And I think it's pretty great that it knows I am riding my bike and tracks if I am coasting or actually getting real exercise. So though it might just be a heart rate monitor with a gyroscope, the little buzzer to reward me to do 10,000 steps is working, so I'm ok with it not being totally accurate. It's sort of like my calorie counting. It's not totally accurate, but it helps a lot anyway!LLol I am beginning. Think that the watch providers are selling us all a pipe dream . Haha
I guess I'll just try to swing my arms a little less then! Thanks for letting me know! That sounds like a very good idea.
I wear my Fitbit on my ankle when I play golf as it doesn't chart my steps anywhere near accurately because I am not swinging my arms walking with a buggy.
I feel the same . And I'm sleeping remember when I first started on here I hadn't slept properly in years . Just hope the weight loss will start to follow suitI have been having periods of high energy lately, something I haven't had for the last few years. I think getting back in shape is really paying off. I was starting to get really concerned with how tired I was and how little I got done in a day. Here's to a really productive autumn!

You are doing so great with the exercise, and I bet you will do just as well with moderating simple carbs and sugar! I felt so better not having sugar/simple carb crashes anymore!I feel the same .
