I didn't update for a while, well yeah I have faled into my addiction of chips loll
I didn't exercise much until 2 day ago,
I found Jillian Michael workout on youtube its the
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Man its is k-i-c-k-i-n-g my butt!
usually I was doing 1min of random kicking move then 20sec of jumping jack this was some workout I did for a while
but then I thought It's better if I follow a workout video, would feel less lonely ah,
I found this one I thought meh its look easy loll I was wrong xD
I'm on day 2, I took a break yesterday since I had a lil of soreness nothing to bad, the stretches are great, I never did properly stretch before
I have 3 day week end so I hope I do it everyday until monday, I know it say to work out everyday but I think the body need a rest loll
anyway plus I ate great during the week alway between 1400-1500 and below 2000cal
I weighted myself this morning I was at 206.6 -207ish with my clothes I was at 209lb

usually during the past week I was between 210lb-212lb damn and my mom weighted herself at work and say its give the same as the one we have at home so yay

hope to buy that headband soon! anyway I hope to keep it up fell like passing out after this workout but after I feel great ans so relieved
