well today was the first time in age I ate under 2000cal: I consumed 1327cal today but did no exercise. I hope to do some tomorrow, have to take it easy since its been a while since I've done real exercise.
 
hey mam, i have the same problem with water...i probably should set some sort of timer that reminds me that i need to drink water!! Good luck with your weight loss!!
 
Thank you both for stopping by :D the past week was ok, well maybe not the w-e. but I was 214 and this morning I am 212.8 so yay! last week I only exercised twice. I started today again..I can be soo lazy. ate 1400cal. My goal will be to eat 1400 instead of 1200.
 
I had a great week until suday....yep ate bad ate more than 3k calorie got to learn to say no to junk food! But the other day ate between 1300 1500 and exercised. Today I am 210.8lb I think I would have weighted less if it wasn't for that junk. But I'm glad 2 pound gone :)
 
I did eat well this week, always under 2000 calorie, I ate between 1400-1600. I exercised twice, was busy, but I am at 209.6, so I am pretty happy :D
 
I ate terribly for a few day, lots of chips! I love chips, its started on superbowl I was craving for doritos lol anyway I am back to 210.8lb not too bad considering how bad I ate. but since 2 day, I ate ok. exercised yesterday. I hope I do some tonight.
 
I hope I am still the same weight after what I ate today loll but I did my workout keep it intense
 
did my workout, 2 time since sunday, yesterday I did 20min of weight (5 pound in each hand lol) + 40min of bike. Yesterday morning I was 209.6lb, not sure if it was accurate anyway that would be cool.
 
Today its say 208lb wouahh I hope its correct, still 2 day left before a new week start, I'm gonna exercise for the remaining days I didn't get a chance to do it the last few day
 
2 day ago its say I was 207 yayy but today it say 209 bouhh loll well I hope its water retention. I did keep up with my exercise and eating below 2000cal so I'm glad :D
 
bouhh I'm not liking what I see on the scale... but I did exercise 1h mon/wed/thurday so yay tomorrow I am working hoping that I will get my butt off in the morning to workout, this w-e I ain't going nowhere so that ok... next week might me busy. at least I had only 1-2bad day most of the time I eat below 1800cal so yay
 
weighted myself I am back to 208lb that cool, but I calculated there was 4000cal I shouldn't have eat this week :(
 
no exercise today was so sore from all the cleaning I did yesterday, I think today I ate below 2k cal I hope.
 
took a 3 day break from exercise lol yesterday ate approx 1100cal that was not suppose to be there (chipssss, chocolateee)
anyway this morning I did 22min of my kickbox cardio with jumping jack and damn am I tired. having a cup of coffee!!! usually in those rare instance I exercise in the morning I only do stationary bike. anyway I hope to do 20 to 30min again tonight. better to split the exercise so it appear less long loll tomorrow it will only be stationary bike and maybe workout with dumbell. I hope to eat between 1500-1700cal for the days to come. on sunday there will be new episode, need to resist the temptation to buy chips or to eat poutine, why can't I enjoy my show without junk :(

Hey! I have a great snack idea for your show!

Sounds like you are in Canada (poutine gave it away). I am not sure if they sell turkey pepperoni there, I use Hormel brand. Anyways, I love baking the turkey pepperoni to a crisp (like chips) and once I take them out I sprinkle cheese over them.

Honestly, it is SO delicious and I believe 1 serving is only 73cals. I also do this "chip" idea with zucchini and sweet potatoes!

I didn't update for a while, well yeah I have faled into my addiction of chips loll
I didn't exercise much until 2 day ago,
I found Jillian Michael workout on youtube its the
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Man its is k-i-c-k-i-n-g my butt!
usually I was doing 1min of random kicking move then 20sec of jumping jack this was some workout I did for a while
but then I thought It's better if I follow a workout video, would feel less lonely ah,
I found this one I thought meh its look easy loll I was wrong xD
I'm on day 2, I took a break yesterday since I had a lil of soreness nothing to bad, the stretches are great, I never did properly stretch before
I have 3 day week end so I hope I do it everyday until monday, I know it say to work out everyday but I think the body need a rest loll
anyway plus I ate great during the week alway between 1400-1500 and below 2000cal
I weighted myself this morning I was at 206.6 -207ish with my clothes I was at 209lb :D usually during the past week I was between 210lb-212lb damn and my mom weighted herself at work and say its give the same as the one we have at home so yay :D hope to buy that headband soon! anyway I hope to keep it up fell like passing out after this workout but after I feel great ans so relieved :p
 
yup I did 3 day straight of the BFBM this make day 4 on it.
let me say that shirt that was to tight for me is now a lot looser :) and I can button my old jean that crazy, plus I ate good but this workout always kick my butt even when I don't do all the move exactly anyway its gonna take some time, still have 3 day to make it i week then I will weight myself, you know when you work out that hard you don't wanna stuff your face with junk loll guess I'm gonna do it Mon to wend and take a break thurday since I finish late than weight myself friday and start again.
