Mam weight loss diary 2012

ouff what a month. I didn't do much except being lazy :( I've stopped doing my workout by pure laziness. and I started eating bad stuff because I was so bored. anyway :( I am at at 205-207 not sure, I really hate that digital scale.. I dunno, I hit up and down.Next month its the full semester. I dunno what to do. I want to get fit. Some day I will be extremely motivated and other day nope. I haven't used my stationary bike for week! But I have some digestion BM problem, so I know for the 3 month to come I will have to eat healthy and carefully since well I have to sit in class for 3h 4X A week eh


I think I really don't realise what I am doing to myself when eating bad and choosing to be lazy. I guess I will have to make this website my homepage to remind me what I have to do. On the other hand I have a bulletin board I bought last month, so I could print a calendar with a schedule and a reminder to count calories you know get organised.

Well see you soon I hope! I guess I could make this w-e the last junk eating w-e because I couldn't do so for the next month to come...anyway I can't have cheat day any more, they tend to get a bit off of control... D:
 
Well hopefully today is my last bad eating day for a while... pretty much finished the bag of crips left, ate a nice poutine and 7 up. god I love them fizzy drink :p I weighted myself this morning and was at 205.4 I will probably be at 206.4 tomorrow yike but that that. I forgot to print a calendar, will have to do it sunday. I need a nice weekly planner ... I hope to exercise 20min in the morning tomorrow to kickstart my day ..see ya all xooxo have a great w-e
 
I did this morning 10min of cardio weight and 10min of moderate spinning

Will update MFP and will do 30min of interval cardio...

220 calorie burned this morning

no night exercise, cramp just kicked in during the afternoon...
 
Yesterday was ok, but today I have SINNED lolll no need to track that down on mfp... didn't exercise too but I will for the next 2 day to come I still need to figure my schedule ... gnight
 
consumed 1,482 cal today....even tho I have sinned with 2 aero bar not my fault its my mom loll

weighted myself I am between 205.8 and 206.8 i hate that digital scale never give the same weight but anyway at least I lost a pound :D exercise tonight again ...for the next 2 day I finish night I guess I have to kick myself in the butt to exercise in the morning

I have read how you have kinda sputtered a bit (good day, bad day...)

have you thought about pre planning what you will eat for a couple of days? That has worked for me. But plan a small treat or 2 or it gets really difficult to stick to.

Hey thanks for stopping by :D yesterday my mom prepared my dinner meal for the next 6 day its : white rice, chicken and vegetable. On the weekend I eat what my dad cook, sometime its chicken soup with pita, or baked chicken with french fry, or pizza etc For breakfast and lunch I eat almost the same thing : oatmeal or cereal with a fruit and black coffee, lunch: egg sandwich with mayo. I have no problem eating well in the morning and the afternoon its only for dinner and the night time it tend to get a bit out of control..Probably because I am eating my emotion or am really bored yike! plus since having a bank card, and some loose money, I tend to buy junk food when in school. That was my biggest problem. when I went to college its was in the middle of no where, but now I am in downtown and with all those store... I have spend so much money this year on chips chocolate ice cream :S. This is why I can't have off day because I will buy to much unhealthy stuff that will last me for too long. I guess I have to leave my card at home and only bring 3-4$ for in case I lose my bus card etc. let see how its goes!!

arghh I was to lazy to do my morning exercise :( my bed have a strange power over me. Plus I finish class late... lets see for tomorrow. I will need to set my alarm earlier.
 
Oh yeah you got that right brawny! I didn't exercise yesterday too since I've spend all night studying. I will get right back tomorrow. at least thursday and friday I ate Ok I was between 1300cal-1400 not bad. today I consumed 1531 cal.
 
for the first time I exercised in the morning. felt great. I did 15min..maybe in a few week I will up it to 25min then 30... I hope to stick to my evening work out this week last week I was lacking... but I had to study a lot.. but anyway :D
 
Congrats on the weight loss last week mam! Prepared meals in advance have been a big help it saves time, calories and $$ in the end so win three ways simply by prepping a few days worth of meals in one go.


Another trick that helps is to find ways to sneak in bits and pieces of exercise throughout the day. Could be anything from going for a walk between classes, doing situps and pushups during commercials or getting up to walk around for a few minutes every hour of studying. Helps clear the head and doesn't and it all adds up over the course of the day/week/month.

Prepared meals are great. I only do it for supper since this is when I never know what to eat and starting to be tempted by unhealthy food. so since having my meal prepared none of this happen and everything is under control during the evening :D Thank you for the tips I will try it. its could go like this: 15 in in the morning, every 1h of studying I take a 15min break to move strecht walk etc or every 1h of browsing the internet I take a exercise break this could help.

me too. I was feeling ok for the rest of the day not to tired!
 
well I gained 1 pound or 2 this week -_- but its was a bad week! this one will be better!! I hope D:
