I'm confusalled about the whole calories minus exercise thing too! Some people say you should eat more, some people say you shouldn't. Personally I only count food, I think maybe if your burning more than 700ish calories a day through exercise you should increase your calories. We are not losing weight at an unhealthy rate, so its fiiiiiiine! I hope
