The model predicts me at 130 pounds lost at the one year mark, and has me reaching a sub 25 BMI before the second year ends.
No I don't feel any different now that I'm only 'obese' than two days ago when I was 'extremely obese.' I definitely feel a lot different at 283 pounds than I did at 375.You are so close to that 100 lbs, MrVee. I would celebrate just being 'obese,' rather than 'extremely obese.'A year from now, you could be in the 'overweight' or maybe even the 'average' category! Do you think you don't feel any different because the change has happened over several months? 92 lbs is a good chuck of change.
Think I'm going to try and play a little basketball today. I'm a little hooked. When I get under 250, I may scout around looking for an over 35/40 league, or maybe just a low level all ages league (if the players aren't all that great, I can run with younger players).
283 on weigh-in morning.
My experience living in Phx taught me that the combination of inclement weather, college kids, and snowbirds led to some "interesting" driving situations.I had the common sense to stay in as I can't imagine Arizona drivers are too good driving on a layer of hail.
