Looking to lose an extra human I apparently picked up along the way

Thought I had posted this earlier, but apparently I did not. 213.5 on Halloween morning.

Halloween is always dangerous with the abundance of candy and having more than you wind up giving out. Each little individually wrapped bar is about 45 to 50 calories, so if I replace one of my snacks and my dessert with them, I can have maybe five of them throughout the day if I like. I'll give what's left away to the front office of my complex tomorrow and folks can grab one when they come in and visit.

Tomorrow is the first which means it's picture day.
 
Mr.Vee, I was wondering if you know how much weight you've lost month by month? Forgive me if you have already posted this earlier. I am just curious if your weight loss has been consistent or slowing as you lose more.... Congrats on the new low!

There's a graph on the previous page. The red squiggles are the actual weigh ins, the blue line is the exponential curve that best fits the weigh ins. And yes the weight loss has slowed, but frankly not nearly as much as I thought it would. In August of 2012, it was on a pace of roughly 3 pounds a week. In March of this year it was around 2.2 pounds a week. Now it's about 1.6. When I get down close to my goal it should be around 1.1 pounds a week if the exponential curve holds.

UPDATE: Here's today's pic, until I took this one I hadn't realized that this shirt is now way too big on me. Time for a new one. Too bad, I liked this one.

And for this month's comparison pic, instead of the headshot from July 2012, we'll only go back 11 months to December 1, 2012. In this one I was 310.5 pounds, which means I had already lose 64.5 by then.

You're a good lookin guy MrVee!! Such a huge difference even with the 64lbs, crazy!

We've never celebrated halloween here, I think my earliest memory of actually having trick-or-treaters coming to the door was when I was 15 or 16, no one never did it when I was a kid. So never had to deal with the candy problem! Didn't get any coming to the door when I was in WA, and didn't have any here the other night either. It is a lot bigger now than it was when I was younger though!

Congrats on the new low too! You seem to have one every time I drop in, you're a machine!!
 
Thank you Lucy. Though if people keep calling me a machine, I'm going to have to have my circuitry rewired.

212.5 yesterday, 214 this morning.

Just got back from a nice mountain hike. Phoenix in November probably qualifies as the most perfect weather on Earth.

WOW MrVee! I just pop out for the summer (ok and some of the fall) and you turn into a totally slim person!! Looking totally fit!! Well done! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I feel inspired!!

The job still sems to be going on, but right now I'm stuck waiting until they get next year's budget meetings hashed out. It's a pain in the ass, but I'm pretty sure it's all still on, I just have to wait a bit.
 
213.5 this morning. Model is at 213, so all is well.

No personal training today, but am heading to the parents tonight to watch the football game with them so I'll have to get my workout in early. I think I'll just a do snack for lunch to avoid my mom overfeeding me.

This is day 11 without alcohol.
 
Well done you on being so good :blush5: After my 8 days abstinence I have been enjoying just one 200ml bubbly each night. I'm glad someone has more self-control than I seem to have! Cheers, xo Cate, sipping my Henkell Trocken.........
 
I suggest you use it healthy weight loss, healthy weight loss is not difficult, in one sentence, exercise plus diet j, it must pay attention to diet: balanced nutrition, but also strictly control the intake of calories, this is my personal experience, I used to eat because of hormones, a lot of fat, sick after a good man like bread made up of the same, but, after nearly two years to lose weight, I've been close to ordinary people slightly!

Having lost over 160 pounds - MrVee is an expert at healthy weight loss.

217.5? A glitch? Gremlins in your scales? Pfft! It will be gone fast as you're a ..........(NOT a machine!!!) You're a man on a mission Mr Vee & it's inspiring to watch & feel a part of.
 
I crumbled with a lovely Malbec yesterday so you won our contest. Sorry about the jump up, but obviously it is some weird anomaly. I'm guessing you didn't overeat by 14,000 calories yesterday so it's not fat. I've started a thread where we can track our progress with our specific goals.
