I'm updating my crap* ( i don't use profanity) per mel's demands, and i apparently missed ymca's post yesterday.. all will be covered in the following statements..
first, ymca:
I don't have any plans except to get my new BF%. i would love to be 25% or lower, which is HIGHLY optimistic, but anything under 30 will make me happy. i think i was at 32% when i hit 280, which was 3% down from when i was 300. so realistically i expect to see like 28-26%, but if 25 poops up i'll go coo-coo for co-co puffs! enjoy that massage!

Kickboxing eh? sounds fun! I'm sure your A** looks fine as it, but if you want it smaller, than go for it! you have my support all the way! lol
TODAY.
well, actually yesterday then today. yesterday post work, i did my normal tennis session. good times 3 hours of tennis bliss. I am so sore from that plus the workout. went in later today, i slept in this morning and got up around 6. hit the gym around 7:15, did a nice smooth hour of cardio, which was fairly easy. no intervals, since i did them yesterday. 65 min (5 min cooldown included) 6.63 miles 1055 calories burned whooo! lol. not my best, but it was nice indeed. then again, since i am smaller, i would burn less calories. so who knows?
