i swear this is my fifth day at work.... but all signs point to the fourth. Yesterday was nice. i saw my friend, which was a good experience. it was kinda bad because we chatted for like 30 min and we decided to take nap then i went home to eat dinner and go to bed. but i'll see her today, and they'll be no naps involved. i went to bed pretty early, well like 9:30, so i should be fine today. workout was stellar, 99% of my shirt was soaking in the sweat of a good cardio workout. i found out the gym opens at 6 tomorrow, which means its going to be a lot more crowded than normal. hopefull a lot of people take the day off to go out of town and such. I have the option to ahve tomorrow off, but i'm not sure i want to use it. i don't get paid for it, since i am freelance, however, i could work up a work from home deal where i could get stuff done, just not hear. that would be fan-freaking-tastic. just need to make sure i have enough work to take home with me...... anyway, since i'll get 3 responses at most, i'll just ask you guys how you are doing and to all my silent viewers, i hope all is well for you guys!

I went in to the pool at 7:30 this morning, and it was good. Had a lane to myself - seems only seniors go that early around here.

how do you like the circut thing? I am thinking that i am relying too much on circut lately.... i need new exercises... something to change things... hence why i ran outside yesterday.... but i need to do some bench presses or something!!! I would like to figure out and learn the proper way to do squats hehe

hey! I guess i am using circut in a different way than you are!!! Our "circut" at the gym is a section where there is a stoplight and it turns green for awhile then red. When green you work out....... then once it changes... you switch machines.
it gets the heart rate up for sure...... but kind of mundane afterawhile.... there are stepping blocks and calf rasise stations spread throughout it to break up the machine work... its only a 30 minute circut.
