hey guys monday here. Just got in to work form the gym./ Woke up late, so i only did two rounds of circuits. Yesterday went crazy hit the gym for an hour and tennis for two hours. At the gym i was experimenting with other work outs to implement, and i did find one. Vertical jumps. In stead of just doing the step-up, i decided to do sets of 10 vertical jumps on the plat form. I use the step aerobics adjustable height platforms to jump up on. I had my max height is about 14 levels high, which is a couple levels below my waist, which i even surprised myself with. for the workout today i went with 12, because i calculated fatigue as an issue and didn't want to kill myself. Man was that a workout! i was sweating by the time i got to ten, and i am talking about drips running down my face sweating. craziness. It seems a lot of people are impressed with my pull-ups. This morning people were asking me how i managed to do them, given my size. A lot of people there aspire to, but still can't get one in yet. i just kept pushing, and now i am up to 4 sets of 5. Cool indeed. I am looking forward to tennis this evening, i plan on dominating. Oh and wolverine= no good, at least in my opinion. but i am pretty harsh on movies.
