haha, i gotta have some sleep dude. i basically go at that time so i have like an hour of rest before i start lifting lame huge ass rolls of carpet at work.

ugh. lame ass economy.
 
the day is over

well friends my day is over. After hitting the gym at quarter to five am, working from 7a-5:30p and playing tennis from 5:45p-7:45p, stick a fork in me, i'm done. same routine tomorrow, except i have cardio, so it won't be sooooooo bad, but i'll definately sweat more. goodnight all.
 
only tuesday!?!

at work now. today's workout was nice. 65 min on elliptical, resistance 10, 8.1 miles. feel good, although i want to go back home and sleep. i went to sleep at 9:30, a little later than i planed, but oh well. if it dries up, there will be tennis going on this evening. we'll see.
 
where is everyone!?!

anyway, yesterday i got to relax a bit and it was nice. this morning, i was very sore still so i decided to just do core and chest, and forgo the full body today. i ended up doing pull ups, dips, decline bench, decline push ups, incline bench, and flys. it was a nice little 30 min workout. pretty tired now anyway. i guess i can say ilkinda work those tris a little as well. how is everyone doing?

ah yes, today i may go shopping for smaller clothes, its time to show off my somewhat slimmer body.

Shopping for smaller clothes!!!!! YAY. I just had to buy some black dress pants and i fit into a size 4.... but went with the loser 6. I had been wearing 8-10 before. :) whoo whoo

any thoughts on what i can do to speed up this weight loss? I have been doing decent with eating.... something that will help me lose faster?

my NORMAL rotine is about 1.5-2 hours. I normally do about 30 min-60 on treadmill..... dont track distance. Then i do about 30 min weights and 15 minutes crunches and stuff.....

the week's end is near!

thursday here. i wanted to be out a little early from work today so i hit the gym hard and early and i was out by 6:30. Got to work at 7 and blah. i can't wait till 3:30! did my 65 min of cardio. a little slower than norm due to playing tennis for a couple hours last night. I bought new tennis shoes, noe running shoes, new clothes, and got my racket restrung. I also am taking a frined out to dinner and a movie, and that was 50 bucks. so almost 400 bucks spent in 3 hours. i was a sad puppy. But i look even better with clothes that fit!

Good to see you're still Hulk Hoganing up that exercise. I think when you can do something like buy smaller clothes it really is a validation of all the hard work that you've put in. Well done.

Friday late post

man i went to bed at like 2:30 am. bad bad bad. I still made it tooo the gym at seven, got in a decent workout and am at work. I was able to do 4 pull ups! that made me excited. i'll be at 10 in no time! lol I plan on relaxing this weekend and catching up on much needed sleep. I'll be back later, just wanna tie up lose ends at work and head on home early!
 
Early weigh in...

Well today is the finally of my family's biggest loser competition. We ahd to all weigh in today, just to get final numbers. Well i decided to be hardcore about what i eat how much i eat and what time i eat to maximize weight loss. I had no idea i was doing so well. When i ran to the gym to get teh official weight it came in at a whopping 278! So i got off the scale, waited then got back on. It still said 278. Oh man was i geeked. Afterward i went to try some pull ups and got in 6, which i am also proud of. That puts me in the 50+ pounds loss. sweet. hard work indeed, but worth every minute of it. so now i have to lose another 50, and become uber sexy. yeah, i just said uber. Played soem tennis today as well. got about 1.5 hours in. good times. gym and tennis tomorrow, since i don't feel like slop today. also, i slept for about 10 hours and it felt GOOOD. hopefully i do it again tomorrow. As far as the Biggest loser goes, I lost by .3 percent. lame, no one lost anywhere near as many pounds as i did. so they can take that!

I also had my body fat percentage checked out. It is at 32.3% down from 35% I am loving the fact athat all these numbers are getting smaller!

Monday

hey guys monday here. Just got in to work form the gym./ Woke up late, so i only did two rounds of circuits. Yesterday went crazy hit the gym for an hour and tennis for two hours. At the gym i was experimenting with other work outs to implement, and i did find one. Vertical jumps. In stead of just doing the step-up, i decided to do sets of 10 vertical jumps on the plat form. I use the step aerobics adjustable height platforms to jump up on. I had my max height is about 14 levels high, which is a couple levels below my waist, which i even surprised myself with. for the workout today i went with 12, because i calculated fatigue as an issue and didn't want to kill myself. Man was that a workout! i was sweating by the time i got to ten, and i am talking about drips running down my face sweating. craziness. It seems a lot of people are impressed with my pull-ups. This morning people were asking me how i managed to do them, given my size. A lot of people there aspire to, but still can't get one in yet. i just kept pushing, and now i am up to 4 sets of 5. Cool indeed. I am looking forward to tennis this evening, i plan on dominating. Oh and wolverine= no good, at least in my opinion. but i am pretty harsh on movies.
 
man this evening i played 3 hours of tennis. i am DONE. i can't remember the last time i was this sore all over. sleeping well tonight, then up and at 'em for an hour of cardio by 6.
