gots ton-o-sleep, so today wasn't bad. did my 65 min. rocked it out. it rained ten mins before my scheduled tennis playtime, which sucked, however everyday this wekend will be a different story, including today. I am getting so good at the game, if only i can get my serve down.....

thanks dude. I'm no different than you. the gym is like a job for me. i'm there no matter what, unless it compromises my body's well being to do so. I'm an athlete, with a body that says otherwise. so i am just decided to right by my body. none of this stuff is hard, its rather simple when you look at it. i was hoping to be inspiring in hope that many people realize that its very attainable if you put your mind to it. i never created this journal for me, because in my mind i lost the weight. its like being salary, you know you are getting paid on friday, and you know how much, but you gotta put the work in now. I know how much i am going to lose, and to me its guaranteed, and i just have to put in the work. As you read i don't count cals and such, which i prob could lose more if i did, but 43 lbs in less than 4 months is nothing to shake your head at, so i must be doing something right. I short goal is to be around 270 come june, when i go on vacation. so i got 17 lbs to go, haha. not gonna happen, but i will try! anyway. thanks for the input guys, any other info you guys think i should be sharing to help those who want a little motivation? i'm always looking for input. and this goes to anyone.
