not enough sleep. bad. very bad. i was so worn at the gym. i only did two circuits instead of three. no worries, we all have our days, it maybe because is was chest day, and i didn't tone down the weights, since i do incline and decline bench. 185 incline 205 decline, plus, cable flys and military press and such. arms were pretty toast. but i am pretty sure i hit it last week with little problems on the third circuit.... ah well. i found out there is only a 5% of rain until 8 pm, so i am gonna play tennis to make up for it. how is everyone doing? i'm and mentoring a girl at a local college for her capstone (senior) project. she wants to become a modeler working on video games. i hope that all goes well i am able to help her better her portfolio to get a job.... wish me luck.
