well, time for the weekly weigh-in: 144... which means I lost half a pound, which is good b/c I thought that I would have gained with all that crap I ate at the end of last week - and I probably did,but the past two days or so I have been able to turn myself around...

If/when I have time to get out of bed in the morning, i love going for my run... i feel so much better when it is over, but it adds an extra hour to my morning (stretching, getting dressed, cooling down, stretching more, longer shower). And being so busy, it is hard to get up that much earlier... luckily, I had a dr.s appt this morning and wasn't going in to work right away, so I was able to squeeze it in... I just need to suck it up and get up earlier I think...
