I don't know, JZ. At 37 minutes you are probably at somewhere around 5000 jumps already.![]()

I pressed 250!!! I f I lose 3 pounds this week, and add 3 pounds to my bench next week, I am officially benching my weight, which would make me extremely happy!!! I want to get to the "plus 50 club" again, but ultimately, the "plus 100" club!!! Just a matter of time now!!!
Nice! Think of it this way, the more you lose, the more you are benching over your weight. I'm not a big bench press guy, but I just recently started going for more weight there. Yesterday I did 225 twice. I was very happy. +100 I guess is in the realm of possibilities, I just don't know if I want it that much as to put my focus there. Perhaps.

JZ, are you keeping track of your proteins? It looks like your diet is good except for the amount of exercise you do I would think you would want more protein. I know that the R2DS usually have a good amount.

) BUT do you do any deadlifting? It's my absolute favourite! Nothing makes you feel more badass than a heavy deadlift! Just make sure you get trained in proper form first, or your back will be out for weeks.

I also add protein to the R2DS's with whey. And sometimes I make snack 3 just whey... depending if I'm short in the protein department or not. I go for between 50 and 65 grams per day... somedays it's more, but rarely less.
