Friday - WOKE up too late for my AM workout!!! Can you believe that crap!!!

I ate clean and plentiful!! Then, after I tucked my munchkins in the sack, I got in an AMAZING lower body workout!! Deads, squats, hack squats, traveling lunges, followed by "jump ups"!!!
I'm going to rate this one a 10!!! I will also, perform the jump ups
FIRST from now on. I'm just to unpredictable at the end of the lifting!!! No injuries... just my EGO!!! I ended up stratling the bench holding 35 pund dumbbells in each hand!!! Not the "correct" finish position!!!
Saturday - Good eating so far... one meal left... you guessed it..... CHICKEN BREASTS and MOFO Broccoli!!!! Today, my EX has the kids for 8 hours, but she actually asked to have them over night

I said yes, because I want her involved more than one week day night and 1.5 hours every morning!!! I did use the day today, after my sons soccer game of course, to get in the final bike ride for the year (BURRRRRR)!! 28 miles, at average speed of 15 to 16 mph!! Windy as HELL out today, so it was a killer workout!! Now, the challenge... going out with my buds, and not havin too many drinks!!! I am so out of the game so to speak, I really feel out of place now! In a good way of course!! I normally do the kids routines (dinner, bath, jammies, book, bed) then read or play some guitar, or watch discover.... I just feel out of place without the routine I guess. I have been out like twice in the past 6 months... OUT OF IT!!!! Well, off to put on my club/bar clothes... at least they fit better now!!!
