Yes I think so!

I'm not Catholic, if anything I'm Buddhist, but I definitely appreciate the family love it sort of propagates. Course, I always laughed at Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life" after the Sperm Song where the man's like "Bloody Catholics filling the world with bloody people that we can't afford to bloody feed" or whatever.

Well... I BUSTED my ASS last week, and lost 2.5 pounds!!! Half of my goal, but I do not feel bad at all... I know I did everything in my power to be successful... and I was. I'll take 2.5 and RUN like a MO FO!!!

Hey JZ Thats awesome news with the 2.5 pounds! You are right to not feel bad. Every little pound counts, and you got two and a half! It's like everyone kicked a goal!!! ;)

I just smiled and said that sometimes people work really hard and change what they look like and how they feel in order to keep up with their THREE CRAZY KIDS!!! She just laughed and I chased her around the room!!! I am looking forward to almost everything now. This has been great so far. I still have 70ish pounds to go, mind you!! Thanks for droppin' in Matt.
 
Monday

AM Lower body workout. Very, well. Increased weight on all lifts except "traveling" lunges. Sometimes I just can feel when to not over do it on my knee. I did more "jump ups"... They kick my ass!!! Savin' the weekly wall sit for Friday.

Breakfast - Smart Start, apple
snack 1 - R2DS (lazy today)
lunch - Turkey roll-ups, baby carrots, yogurt
snack 2 - R2DS (lazy today)
dinner - tuna on wheat, baby carrots, 10 almonds
Snack 3 - baby carrots and grapes (might have had snack 3 due to snacks 1 and 2 being "liquid snacks" I will have to keep tabs on that)

Good day today... good day 1 of the week.

My two were concerned that if I lose weight I wouldn't be "the strongest daddy in the world" I told them not to worry about that. The little guy will still poke my belly and say "fat belly" though. :D

Ooh thanks. I was staring at it for such a long time trying to figure out what the "2" had to do with anything. And the only thing I could keep reverting back to was "R2D2" and I'm sitting here thinking "that's got nothing to do with weight loss"...:smash:
 
Tuesday

AM Cardio... jump rope. I did 522 jumps in a row!!! Damn near killed me!! I was pretty damn excited. On to 600!! And wow, do I hate to say this... 10,000 like the mighty Trops!!! Increment by increment! Damn hard work out, I ended up jumpin' for 37 minutes total. Once I hit 522, and about tripped and landed on my nose... I stopped counting and just focused on breathing. I know that sounds weird, but after that many jumps, it was hard to regulate and control it unless I focused on it! Thanks Trops for the challenge. If, or when I get to 10,000 jumps... I'll be one in shape S.O.B. !!

Breakfast - egg beater ommlette, wheat toast
snack 1 - PB on english muffin
lunch - chicken and broccoli, yogurt (I'm starting to turn frickin' green here)
snack 2 - R2DS
dinner - grilled Salmon and mixed veggies
snack 3 - whey w/water

Great day 2 of the week... on to day 3 if my legs will carry me tomorrow!!!
