I've got to share something interesting with you Steve.
A few months ago I decided to drop my weight and hence, joined a support group called 'be happy with us' (behappywithus@yahoo.co.uk)
With their training programme that includes mental and emotional support and physical exercises, I was not only able to lose some of my weight but add lean muscle and build a healthy physique.
It is indeed helpful to have a support group around us when we try this task.

You are fine with that caloric intake. Like I said before, if it seems difficult to stay that low, you certainly have room to eat more in remain in a deficit.
thank you steveone more question if you don't mind, should carb intake be higher on exercise days? and should i eat before or after the workout? i usually eat an hour and a half before, because my workouts tend to be around 20.30 in the evening.
