My Routine

My routine consists of this
I dont know all the names of the exercises i do

Any day - Full upper body
Situps(Upper, lower, and side abs) warmup and 3 sets of pushups
Bicep - Bicep curls
Triceps - the thing where you raise the dumbell behind your head =)
Shoulder - Arm raises
wrists - reverse curls
Back - Hyper extention, shrugs, lat pulldown and all that other stuff
I try to encorporate Pullups because i think its essential for any body builder but im too weak

Next day - Full lower body
Leg extention, leg press, toe raises. I work on every thing i can
On lower body work out days i do as many pushups as i can for stamina work because i want to beat a 118 pushup record

I try to do Cardio and warmup ab work everyday and sometimes i do sets with heavy weight on my abs.

I need help building a routine but im having trouble with it. My current weight 202LBS. Fat % = 23

Then why bother posting if you arent going to give advice. Just leave it alone and let someone who is actually going to take the time to answer do so.
 
I see NOTHING for chest development.

sounds liek you are new...therefore I feel a full body routine 3x a week is better than an upper lower split.

regardless, this article explains full body routines, as well as why you want mostly compound exercises, with a minimal amount of isolation exercises, on full body, upper/lower or push/pull/lower splits.
