I just had THE BEST workout!
I met up with my friend at the bleachers and I ran 2 laps around the track, than I ran to sets up the bleachers [these are stadium bleachers, not small at all], than I ran another lap, than did a quarter lap of walking backwards, quarter running, quarter backwards and quarter running. 2 more sets of running the bleachers, than I ran a quarter lap, than I did this awesome workout that worked my outter thighs and butt [don't have a name for it but I did a quarter lap of that] than another quarter running, quarter working my butt and thighs and than running. I ended it with running one more lap.
I am officially POOPED! But man was it awesome! I LOVED IT!
I really do enjoy pushing myself to the limit. Man I missed this shit!
