Hey Kasey! As far as the supplements go, fish oil and multi are both great and should be taken daily. It sounds like your diet is varried enough to where you dont really need a lot of supplements. Basiclly the more you eliminate food out of your diet the more supplements you need. I would normally recommend flaxseed oil, but it sounds like you have flaxseed in you meal plans. One thing you could add is a B-6, B-12 vitamin. Thats normally found in red meat and is good for you. Sounds like you're not eating that so it might be something good to add. I Take one called Desiccated Liver, here is some info on what it gives you.
