I went for a walk rather than the gym, its a start. Did I do ok eatin wise?...Yep I think so,.but I finished my daughter ice cream cone without thinking about,...which is the exact thing I want to break
breaky: fruit salad, some granola and palin yogurt on top
lunch: slim fast, raw veggies
snack water melon (1/2 ice cream cone)
dinner: spicey chicken rice,and salad
1/2 cooler with hubby
lots of water...I can do this!!!!!!!!
