OK my new pants are tight...BLAH!!!!! Not going to get on the scale just now,...OH THE SHAME. LAdies I need to get back in the game!!!!!!!!!
Cheer me on. Today is a civic holiday. so back to the gym tomorrow no matter what and let the fun begin!!!!!!
 
I went for a walk rather than the gym, its a start. Did I do ok eatin wise?...Yep I think so,.but I finished my daughter ice cream cone without thinking about,...which is the exact thing I want to break

breaky: fruit salad, some granola and palin yogurt on top
lunch: slim fast, raw veggies
snack water melon (1/2 ice cream cone)
dinner: spicey chicken rice,and salad

1/2 cooler with hubby

lots of water...I can do this!!!!!!!!
 
Ok thank you Korrie,..you will be my inspiration,..along with the other lovely ladies on here.

Today was soooo hot and really not wanting to eat heavy

breakfast fruit and yogurt
water water water coffee
lunch 1/2 mini pizza and salad
water water water
dinner: rice, bbq salmon and raw veggie water, glass of red wine.

So hot,..going for a walk in about 1/2 an hour when its not so hott. Felt my walk from yesterday!!!!!! Yeah....here we go again!
 
hell ya you can do it! Look how far you've gone so far.... You know all the tricks of the trade, you're a pro! Just keep it up Jen, you have all of us, we have each other.
Good on the water intake. I'm gonna have to boost it up a bit myself.
 
Thanks ladies,...went to the lake today...lots of fruit, but a few chips and naughty things,...but lots os swimming,..and water sports....ok day.

Off for my walk!!!!!!!!!
 
OK I am back and ready to make the committment again,..i have been going ot the gym regularly and in the swing of things..I need to refocus. I have put on some weight again,..(thyroid was out of whack again) I am not discouraged or down on myself,...just so glad I have regained my will power and off I go again

4 months to lose 40 lbs...so here it goes!!!!

BTW...your pic looks great!! You can tell you've lost alot of weight!! Great Job!!!
 
You look amazing! I'm so glad to have you back! Thanks for the nice comments on my pictures! 10 pounds is a good goal to start out with. Hey, we've got now until December to make a year of weight loss success! And we rock!

By the way, did you get highlights? Your hair looks great.
 
yeah feeling the love...as you know doing the day care thingy and thus limited time during the day...kids are napping at the moment.

snack: coffee, one tea biscuit and apple
