lunch slim fast

snack granola bar apple

dinner steak salad broccoli

snack orange

I have put back on three lbs,..not sure where from..time of month I sppose. not stressing....just paying close attention.

Jennifer darling, where are you?? Don't worry about the 3 little pounds, you've lost over 80!!! Anyways, I miss you!
 
Ah still here,..its been hectic this week,..after finish with the day care , the girls have had dress rehersals for their dance,..end of year show coming up...and I help out with the....

As fo r the three lbs,..only one has left me...no biggy. It will happen and I am surprised that I have really had no gain back in all this time. I think my body needed a bit of a rest,..and well so be it.

Jenn you have done so so well. 80 pounds! Its just incredible! And those three measly pounds are no match for you! Sometimes your body does just need a quick rest. You're doing super awesome and I am so proud of you!
 
Hope your end of the year stuff is fun! I know that the stress of that kind of stuff can wallop on a few pounds. Fuunky is right, though. 3 pounds is no match for you!

At the library,..kids with me so not too much time...Miss you guys...those three lbs almost off...yep,..hitting my plateau now,...its all ok...I am still doing all the right stuff,..soooooo cant lose by eating healty and excersizing even if the scale is not moving. I am going to have to buy a new comp third time fixing ours,..which is not all that old....but you can almost buy a new one for the price of fixing one....but just want to say...even though i will be oof until we purchase a new one, (or fix) I am still in the game and thinking of every one.

miss you all as well,...still maintaining but slow loosing....its canada day,...like your 4th of July,...visiting my parents.

I am keeping a diary,..its not the same without the the support of you all...dont give up on me.
 
Again just a quick pop in. as at the library again!!!!!!..getting a new computer this weekend...well hopefully it will be up and running too longer after that...I have sat at the same weight for pretty much a month. I dont see that as a down fadll as I have been eating without the concept of "diet" in mind....thus proud to say that I can balance this weight ok...I am sure the body needed a rest. I will be back in full swing in a week as soon as I have regular access. I am eager to read your diaries and get inspiration.....I do feel like a lil more excersize is needed....hot weather thus not into the gym as much but lots of outdorr stuff with the kiddies.

Keep going every one....and I will catch up with you all soon.
 
oh did you all give up on me???? Hope not,..I am back...havent made any progress,...but raring to go again. Age 40 is just 5 months away for me and I am going to meet me goal. I always peter out around 3/4 of my goal done...not this time. I want to make it all the way...so here I go again!!!!!!!
 
Girl I am so proud to say "I know this girl on this forum that stuck to her own diet and exercise and lost over 86 lbs!" You are an inspiration. And it's awesome you are able to stay stable. Usually I gain it back plus some. But not you. Hope you get your new pc soon. Miss your posts!
 
I'm sorry Jen.. I LOVE YA...I've just fell of the boat myself. 5 mths to go? You can do it! I'm sooooo glad your back!! your my rock, you know! Lets do it!!
 
Jenn, glad to see you! Only five months? Pffft, that's kid stuff! You can so do it, you're soooo close! Was your goal 100? If you're already at 86 pounds there is not doubt in my mind that you can do it! I'm glad everyone is back and posting again!
 
ok what did I have so far today...

breakfast: strawberries, and some plain yogurt, and three cups of coffee...water(I have fallen on my water intake

no snack

lunch: tomato soup, cucumber slices, and 4 soda crackers.

snack: small scopp frozen yogurt
