Today still feeling full,..tummy feels blah.

Fruit and water today until I feel like anything more. Mouth is dry like I have had too much salt,..guess I am not used to all the salt. Going to clean house top to bootom, and gym...overcast today

Ok back to monday...weigh in day might wait till tuesday to work those calories threw...lol
 
Gosh golly Monday again...I wish I could feel the motivation of Monday every day.

Breaky slim fast, coffee, water

snack water melon and a wasa cracker

lunch: crust of kids sandwiches...bad bad bad mommy
tuna salad...no more bread or cracker for me
water

snack strawberrie and yourt blended into a smoothie..kids loved it

dinner: chicken and salad, tbls beans

LOL! I can attest to the fact that sandwich crusts become appealing a short time after giving birth. Must be something in the hormones- they sure didn't taste good before!

I stay conscious of what I am eating at all times, i never let go of my new eating habits, but yes at times it can be more liberal that I allow for the weekend.
Weekends with company, going places I think we have to allow ourselves to live a lil. However I will compensate on saturday day if that night I know I will eating more for dinner. I dont say I ever go over 2200 calories (its doesnt take much for calores to add up), but whereas I normally aim for 1200 to 1500 with four really good work outs a week.
Even on the weekends I stay away from the junk, but like this weekend with the BBQ, I ate steak and allowed myself a piece of garlic bread, and I tend not to eat any white bread, or little bread altogether, amd had two appetizers and two glasses of wine. There was treats with limits. before popping two appetizers in my mouth while preparing them would have been nothing,..now I wait until I can enjoy them and make em really count.

This summer time is harder for me as we socialize alot...I suppose lots of big salads and ckicken will help me get through it.

This is so true! Stopping the non-stop, unattended, mindless eating while cooking and strolling through the kitchen has been a HUGE new behavior. You keep being inspriational, Girl!

Ladies my computer is down again,..think its the mother board...like I even know what that is,..sounds like its from star trek or something.
Anyhoo still at it...Korrie hang in there...dont give up.

I am down to 192 today...so 12 lbs off from 100lbs and 22 let to go. Love this time of year to eat though...fresh fruit and veggie...went to a BBQ on the weekend,..and ohhhhhhhh the food...to die for had a few lil real baddies,..and gain back 1/2 a lb that I lost over the week but no biggie...

well off to the gym...will make it back whenever I can...at the library now with my lil ladies so off I run before they start running...Oyyyyyy..the joy of kids.

Jenn you are doing sooo fantastic!!!! I agree with Totallyscrappy...you seriously need to cash in on your weight loss! I know, you can write a book, and all of us girls will add a little something about how inspiring you have been!!
 
Whew,..computer is back and running,...and so am I...just skimmed in at loosing .5 of a lb...but I will take it....feeling a bit of a plateau....but hey I know its part of the game. thanks for the well wishes everyone,..I missed coming on here. I need to catch up on everyones diaries.

breakfast: coffee, water, 1/2 c cornflakes and 1/2 banana, skim milk

snack other 1/2 of banana, water.

lunch: graden salad with lots of veggies, apple, yogurt, water

snack coffee, wasa cracker thin thin sliver of cheese. water

dinner: salad, steak pita wrap water

glass of white wine.


went for an hour walk
