How great are those no sugar fudgsicles?! I have some right now that have 35 calories, and in the box also came 10 calorie popsicles and 20 calories creamsicles! They're made with Splenda and they're pretty good.
 
Arent they great!...anything under 50 calories that taste good is a winner in my book!

For shoveling my neightbours driveway when it snowed she brought over a container full of chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookie and some really rich yummy looking chocolate cake. If she only knew the reason I did it was because I want to get excersize (ok the random act of kindness was in there too) she might have brought me pickled beets or something else instead. LOL
Nonetheless it was sweet and my kids will appreciate them all.....I licked their fork after they finished some cake....it was evilishly delicious

Wow Jennifer how do you feel being nearly ½ way there (not far to go now).I am certainly proud of you and hoping to one day in the near future be saying the same thing.
 
Friday yeahhhhhhhh!!!!! having a relaxing weekend...my newphew is going to come and spend the weekend,...his girl cuzzies all adore him,..as he is such an adorable kid! Messy but adoreable!

SO much for the weekend :(
Lil after two hours form eating the pizza I became really ill,..thinking at first the digestion thing,...but perhaps full blown food posioning...everyone else fine. But daughter sick earlier this week. I have a headache as well so perhaps the flu. Managed a glass of apple juice and some water.....
My husband seems to think because the body has not eaten this type of food (cheesey greasey) it refused it,..anyone heard of that?.
Well grabbing my blanky, going to the couch,,it has been declared in you jammies couch potato day,..

I think he may have something there, I used to eat junk for breakfast, I tried once and got real sick. Sorry you don't feel good Jennifer, take it easy tonight!
 
The same thing happens to me after I eat vegetarian pizza, though I don’t feel sick I just get these really bad pains in the chest (the first time I thought I was having a heart attack). Twice I have had pizza twice I got the pain so I don’t eat it anymore.
 
Hope you feel better soon!! Enjoy the jammies and couch potato day.

Some times feel a bit sick after eating fatty food if i haven't had it in a while. Stomach not used to it or something i suppose!
 
Definely the flu,..didnt keep anything down all weekend....on a water and cracker diet. Hubby had to take over (again 2nd time this month :( ) ,...and I think he is appreciating me a lil more...Honey how do you keep this house clean, the kids get into EVERYTHING!!!!!
Back to bed,...need to healthy for the monday grind!!!!
 
Sorry your not feeling well Jennifer. Twice in one month! Maybee you need to supplement some vitamin C. I didn't use to believe it helped but my boss got me in to taking some vitamin supplements. And this winter I haven't gotten sick, besides a few sniffles and a sore throat (that only lasted a couple of days). Anyway might be worth a try. Hope your feeling better soon!
 
Thank you for the suggestion...mainly because I never never never get sick...and it all starts out as gastro related (such a sensitive topic :eek: ),...and looking over my diet I think I should be paying attention to the fibre intake as well ...bought some metamucil...I always drink my H20, so hopefully it will get my system running
Somebody suggested doing a "cleanse"....the word "cleanse" sounds so nice, but I am sure the process is horrific. Anybody up on this, know a good article, tried it, wont try it..blah blah blah. I am not sure if they were referring to a fast (I wont do that) or eating something weird like tree bark that cleans ya out (might try that)....or just elimanating toxins from the diet (most certainly willing to do that) ...thus no caffeine this week, at all...well I hope.
