),...and looking over my diet I think I should be paying attention to the fibre intake as well ...bought some metamucil...I always drink my H20, so hopefully it will get my system running
Somebody suggested doing a "cleanse"....the word "cleanse" sounds so nice, but I am sure the process is horrific. Anybody up on this, know a good article, tried it, wont try it..blah blah blah. I am not sure if they were referring to a fast (I wont do that) or eating something weird like tree bark that cleans ya out (might try that)....or just elimanating toxins from the diet (most certainly willing to do that) ...thus no caffeine this week, at all...well I hope.

1/2 tuna sandwich on whole wheat
apple

Snack
mini muffin homemade (low fat)
Dinner
turkey burger...without the bun

...in other words a turkey patty
salad...blah icky poo didnt finish it
2 tbsp of sundried tom pasta
water
another mini muffin
