Sunday I ate well but picked at a few things like the kids fries,..(had about 5-10) nothing major, but I could do without it, especially during this season. No formal excersize on the weekend, as there was lots on the adgenda. This week might be a lil hard to get to the gym as I have to paint the basement walls before we have the flooring put in on the weekend.
Took off 2.5 lbs this week.

Painted last night until 3AM, (yes I am a bit of night owl when it comes to projects) But I want my floors in this weekend!!!! (I am a messy painter, so paint first, floors second) Anyhooooooo....around midnight I needed an energy boost
