yes, feeling much better just a hacking cough,...

completely better, cough finally gone..

doing ok diet wise, had two birthdays,..did great at one,..faltered at another....oh well!

Monday is here tomorrow....
Gonna have to get more vigilent about writing down everything
 
I didn't do hot over the weekend either...its just so hard!! Its ok, I"m with you, its monday and its a fresh start! We'll loose weight like its nobody's business!
 
Breakfast: coffe 1/4 bagel, grapes cantaloupe

lunch: lean cuisine salad water

snack 3 triscit

dinner: low fat ceasar and slice roast beef water

snack tea and grapes

feel hungry...feel fat
 
I'm sorry your having what I call "a fat day" I go through those alot. Maybe you just need to look at some of your 'before' pics and you'll see all the weight you lost and be very proud of yourself! We love you girl, just hang in there!!
 
I have jsut been crazy crazy busy,..work, family stuff, friends crisis....ya know how it goes. I dont remember the last time I sat down at the computer.

I am making it to the gym three times a week and trying to eat regular and just do portion control. so far so good.

Sometimes when you are gone so long, and put back on some weight, it really really really hard to come back, its like "OH THE SHAME OF MY BIG FAT ARSE"!!!!!!!!

But I am sure you all understand that so that is why I am back. I really miss everyone and the support.

I wen to wreck and ruin over the holidays and I thought once the new year some, and well here is monday. Going to be really really strict just so I can detox the body, and go cold turkey. It works for me.

Today

breakfast
fruit salad
coffee

lunch
Slim fast
apple

Dinner
rice (brown)
mixed veggie
baked pork tender loin about 3 to 4 ounces




SO HOW IS EVERYONE??????????

I should reintroduce myself. I am jennifer, married and a mom of three and 40 years old. I own and operate a run licenced day care. I started this site over a year ago and was doing really really well. Life got busy the gym kinda pettered out, and well long story short weight has slowly began to creep back on. While I am about 60 lbs or more less than I started I have to relose about 20 lbs to get back to where I was and then start all over. That is ok, at least all the weight did not come back on before I decided, "enough is enough".

So I didnt quit make my 100lbs weight lose goal by my 40th birthday ladies,..but you know what I did have 65 off and well I am just going to be proud for that. I am so glad to see some old members still here. Korrie and fuunky to name a few.

I really feel motivate and ready to go the final stretch and make that goal by my 41 st birthday...LOL.

Hoping to read the diaries of the newer members and catch up with old friends,...feels sooooooooooooooooo good to be back.
