Thank you so much for all the welcome backs,...it really makes me feel like I have come back home.

Getting through the first week is the hardest,...and you guys really ease that road.

oh thank you so much Missjelly (cute name). I am the type of person if I dont focus my whole being on weigh loss and getting to the gym on a regular basis I will gain weight, just way too easily.
However I feel motivated again and am willing to do this for the rest of my life,


I'm the same way! I lose focus very easily, especially when I get munchie attacks. I need to focus my whole being on it. I've had a hard time lately finding that center. I feel like sometimes I have it, then it disappears and I'm searching for it again.

Glad to hear you found it again and have the motivation! You did it before and you can do it again! Whoo hoo, I can't wait to see how we do in the future to come.:p

I am here I am here. The weekend was extremely busy. I am painting my daughter's bedroom,...refinishing furniture, etc, so just didnt make it on.

NOw as far as eating went. I didnt overdo, and I didnt underdo ,..LOL in other words just healthy normal eating.

I fgure be really really good all week and then have a slice of pizza with the family,...that is what I am going to do

Tell me about this veggie sandwich? Did you make it or get it somewhere? Looks like you're doing great by the way, I've been making taco salads too!

I make them myself.....I grill peppers, red, green and yellow, yum and add a little spicey cajun seasoning

then add avacado, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, dill pickles sliced,sprinkle of shredded parm cheese, tiny bit of no fat dill salad dressing, and some hot mustard..for that ZING!

OMG they are so good, I usually use a really haerty bread,..1/2 will fill you up for lunch,...a whole one for dinner is good.

Use a low carb bread and your doing OK,..the cheese is just a sprinkle, the peppers are grilled, avacado has a bit of cals and the condiments are no or low fat.

Busy week....ate fine...gots some walking in and drinking mroe water
 
Good eating day,..but going to a party tonight....

the gym,...so many things going that I dont have time to do them,...my gym is a 30 min drive both ways,..looking into getting one closer,..but my montly due at the gym now are 13.00 per monht,..hard to give tha tup where everything else is 45.00 and up....but gonna do it.
 
well there was so much good food at the party,..I was ok, not an angel, but not a devil


eating was good today though,....going with a friend to her gym as a guest....if I like I will join
 
Dang! Only $13 a month? But how much do you spend in gas? Hmmmm...what about investing in an elliptical and some good weights and a balance ball. Could be worth it. If I had the room (and the cash) I would love to do that. I'd like to say "someday," but I'd be joking myself.

Good luck with the friend/gym. Hopefully it will be fun!
