Wow! 75! That is amazing..what a miraculous feat of strength and courage! I am very impressed and inspired! You should be soo proud! I am working on it..I have at least 70 to lose... uggh..its overwhelming when you look at the big picture...so im taking babysteps.. People like you Jen really encourage me! Keep it up.

OK now that I have you all in AWE!!!!!
Guess what I did,..I ate an A&W teenburger...skipped the fries and had a diet drink.

My first hamburger in 6 months,...and it was so FREAKIN good.

I feel ok about it as I planned for it in my calorie count,..I didnt go over board,...and I am happy not to have one for another 6 months...but man oh man was it ever GOOD.....it was just so tastey.....every savoury bite was like total bliss on my tastebuds LOL...man do I sound like junkie or what.

Ok the rest of the day will be boring...salad and veggies.... :)

Another milestone this week...According to my BMI, which is now under 30 I am officially no longer OBESE,...just OVERWEIGHT....lol,..like who gets happy about being OVERWEIGHT,...an ex-Obese person...that is who!!!!!

well by the time all the kids were gone,..and got to dinner,..I sat to do some thing at the computer with the kids and we ate taco chips,,,skipping dinner,..not because of calories, but because I feel kinda ill from em.

SOme fruit later on perhaps.

Do you know your only 3 pds away from my same weight! ** (gulp) feeling the pressure, lol** Your doing sooo well! Have you been getting to the gym?? I'm sure you have. Keep it up girl!
 
Ya know I am missing being here,..but truly by th time I finish with kids,..do dinner, clean the houe, get to the gym,, get ready for the next day I simply run out of steam.

I remember thinkg back when i was first starting this thinking I could not live without the forum to keep going,..it was hour by our, then day by day,..and as it becomes more routine I do depend on my diary as much. I suppose its good in away that I more dependant on my new lifestyle,,,but wont go too far for awhile...
