I did it,..I did it,..I did it....
We went away this weekend and went hiking all day Saturday,,which I think helped me to the third goal of 25 lbs....thus I have now lost 75 lbs!!!!!!
I really cant believe it
Today it is beautiful hot weather here,..so I thought I would put on my summer clothes...so down came the basket and I pulled out my most favorite skirt,...one that got quite snug last year after all those yummy bbq's :eek: ...I put it no and guess what!!!!...it fell right off,..right to the ground. Out comes the sewing machine to do some taking in....been a while since I had to do that!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I am sitting here wishing I didn't eat something I think of how far you've come and of how happy you are. I want to be there. You really are an inspiration to us all. I am going to clean my house and get the ol' exercise tapes out and sweat off as much as I can. Peace! ;)

I totally understand time limits, I've been having a similiar problem lately. Nevertheless, you're doing great as usual!

Hi Korrie, Yep getting to the gym and for a long walk each day....and even to the pool a coupple of times...good weather makes tis so much easier to get some excersize....

Rosered...I one of those gals that cook by throwing things together.
Last night was a made rush for dinner. So I have some fresh refridgerated large udon noodles in the fridge....I stir fried some broocoli and prawns in garlic and hoi sin sauce and then took them out of the wok,..threw in the noodle added some water and a table spoon of wonton soup broth flavouring,...diced some green onion....put the noodles in a big bowl,...put the shrimp and broccoli on top and that was dinner....the kids looooooooved it...it was yummy.

I know noodle is not great on the diet...but hey for once in a while it sooo good.

Today I was getting my daughter from kindergarten and as I pulled the wagon with my lil gang I realized that I was pulling about 80 to 85lbs along with me.....just 5 or 10 more than what I have lost,..and I thought Hykarumba!!!!...I was pulling all this along with me on a regular basis just a few months back (on my body)...no wonder I was always tired and with a sore back. Lord knows I would have never made it up the hill with that load a while back either.....Things that just make you go HMMMMMMM.

Wow, that is crazy! It's so weird when you think about stuff like that. I picked up my cat the other day, (and he's a chubby little guy, about 12 pounds) and I thought to myself "I've lost about two of what this fatty weighs." It was pretty cool. I can't believe you've already made it to 75, that's so incredible. You must look fantastic! What do your husband and kids think so far?
