He everyone! My vacation is going awesome Jenna! Thanks so much for asking! As for food today, I did much much better than yesterday. For breakfast I had a small bowl of honey nut cheerios with blueberries and vanilla soymilk (can't stand the original cheerios, there so bland!) (I believe it's 150 cals)and 1 cup of coffee with sweet N'Low. (0 cals)For lunch I had a turkey and ham sandwhich on wheat berrie bread ( it's the foster farms meat, 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham) and it had mustard, a little bit of horseradish (I LOVE the spicy kind!!) onion, lettuce, and tomato on it, and I had some bing cherries. Not sure of the cals altogether but I think it's between 350-400 cals). And for dinner my dad got Duugen's pizza (SO GOOD!) I had one slice of hawaiin, and 1 slice of pepporoni. And I also had a small salad with carrotts, onion, chopped jalapenos, and my dads homeade thousand island dressing (it's made with mayo, ketchup, pickle relish and garlic so I used it sparangly since it's definitly on the "high cal" side, it's so good though! I believe that was between 700-800 cals. So overall not a bad day for eating! As for physical activity, I got quite a bit today! In the morning my dad and I took a nice walk at the beach looking for seashells and sanddollars. We didn't find any shells but we found quite a bit of sanddollars! So it wasn't intense exercise but at least it's better then sitting lol. And later on my dad, brother, and I went to the beach again in the afternoon, and I walked around quite a bit, and I even did a small jog. I don't think I was gone for than 15-20 minutes but again it's better than nothing. Then after my jog I went back to our blanket and sun bathed the rest of the time LOL. Then after that we went back to our hotel and my dad and I went swimming. Again I didn't swim intensely for very long, I think I did like 20-25 mins, as I was doing the breaststroke water kept going into my mouth and nose and was aggrivating the heck out of me, so I stopped because I was frustrated lol. Tomorrow I'm gonna try to work on my technique a little more so I won't have that problem anymore. And thats about it for physical activity. Tomorrow I plan on going to the cardio room and swimming.
