I'm back! (for good this time)

Hey everyone! Today was pretty good diet and exercise wise.....For breakfast I had a small bowl of whole grain cinnamin toast crunch with 1% milk, blueberries, and 1 cup of green tea with splenda...For lunch I had a microwaveable teriaki chicken bowl with 2 slices of watermelon (I looked at the label more closely today (I knew it had 430 calories but wanted to take a closer look)and I was alarmed at the fact that that single teriaki bowl had 24 grams of sugar and 1000 miligrams of sodium! Sheeesh it seems like nothing is safe to eat anymore!! So I definitly will not be eating those anymore lol, and for dinner I had 2 small slices of chicken pizza and a small side salad with mexican cheese, green onion, tomatos, and 2 tablespoons of house italian dressing. So today was pretty good except for that teriaki bowl lol. For exercise I didn't make it to the gym today so I went on On Demand and exercised to the video "Start It Up". It's a 25 minute video but the instructor really works you because you do a whoke bunch of squats, pushups and crunches, so it's definitly a good alternative gym workout lol. Oh I made up a sign to take to the Josh Groban concert!! It says "Josh, In my eyes, your a hero". On his "Awake" album theres a song on there called "In Her Eyes" and one of the lines is "I am not a hero, I am not an angel" so thats where the inspiration of my sign came from, telling him that in my own eyes he IS a hero. I'm also going to make up a second one...I'm debating over to say "Hug me I'm Irish" (cause I REALLY want a hug from him!!) or "Oh Gosh Josh, I love you!!". What do ya'll think??
 
Hey everyone! Sorry it's been awhile since I've posted..I've been unable to get into my diary lately because for some odd reason my conputer hasn't been letting me lol. But I'm glad I'm here now. I do not remember what I have been eating these last couple of days lol, but all I know is I havn't been eating anything bad, so thats a good thing!!!! I'm just going to report on what I have eaten so for today...For breakfast I had a small bowl of whole grain cinnamin toast crunch with 1% milk, a small peach on the side, and a cup of green tea with splenda. I didn't have a "real" lunch because my dad and I went to Salt Water park today at about 1:00 and I didn't get any lunch, but I did have a small iced mocha from an espresso store (with no whip cream this time lol) and the calories in those make up a lunch lol. For dinner tonight I'm going to have a small serving of lasagna, a small slice of hawaiin pizza, and a small side salad. Not the healthiest day today but at least my calories are in range. I didn't get any exercise today, except for walking at Salt Water Park, so I guess that counts for a little something lol.
 
Hey everyone!! Today was a really great day as far as food and exercise goes...I stayed on track and didn't have any unnecisary sugary snacks, so I'm proud of myself for that :) Fpr breakfast I had a small bowl of whole grain cinnamin toast crunch ([perfect for curbing a sweet tooth lol) a small peach and 1 cup of green tea with splenda. For lunch I had a turky sandwhich on honey wheat berry bread (2 slices of the Foster Farms turkey) and it had mustard, onions, tomatos, and lettuce, and some Bush's baked beans (I LOVE those) For dinner I had mexican leftovers from Azteca...a small portion of rice and beans and a small beaf enchalada, and another peach. For a snack I had an apple and I'm drinking abother cup of green tea before I go to bed. For physical activity I did 30 minutes on the elliptical on the random program at level 8, then I went on the treadmill and did 20 minutes on the Hill program. Then I did some ab exercies for my strength training workout (to lazy to go into detail lol) Now I'm really tired so I think I'm gonna call it a night, goodnight everyone :)
