BM: 4, all solid, yeah, "foot ball length" intestines, huh?
Food
Snack: 1 cheese stick, 1 pretzel, 125cal
Lunch: 3 cups of egg flower soup, 10 piece of sushi, egg roll, 1 cup veggies, 4 fried shrimp, 1000cal
Snack: 1 snacksize m&m mcflurry, 350cal
Snack: 2cups pineapple, 100cal
Calories: 1,575
The weather is so nice, sunshine + mcflurry = damn, i think I just went to heaven. I'm going to drink water and munch on pineapple for the rest of the day.
I applied to be part of a DASH diet study for 14 weeks, follow diet, no alcohol!, get food provided, blood work done, meet with a nutritionist, get measured, but i'm not allowed to lose weight. I e-maild them about that. I also get $1000.
Too good to be true, not sure if I want to pass this $1000 opportunity. I don't eat chemicals, clean food, increase fruit and veggies consumption.
