Food
Breakfast: sip of milk, 2 cheese sticks, 1 pretzel sticks, 250cal
Snack: 1/2 Krispy Kreme Oreo Donut, 200cal
Lunch: 1 Carls Jr gucamole bacon burger, crisscut fries, 1300cal
Dinner: ground turkey pasta, 2 cups salad, 1/4 mango, 400cal
Calories: 2150

Exercise
30min cycling
5min rowing
15min swimming
10min sauna

It's crazy, but the krispy kreme donut didn't taste good, it was like a shot glass full of creamy sugar. Pure sugar! Eck!

I'm not holding up too well, folks. I'm tired. Wanna go home and sleep and knit!

I asked my coworkers to run to Carls Jr for me and I got the regular burger instead of the turkey burger. Fail! I still took one side of the bun off to cut some calories, but thoroughly enjoyed my criss cut fries.

I've wrapped both of my arches with athlete's tape and my pain has definitely subsided. I will definitely go to the gym tonight. I'm feeling good, no guilt.

There are always fluctuations throughout the day, try not to weigh more than once per day to avoid some of that frustration. Weighing in at the same time of day under the same conditions is usually the best option.

understood. I didn't weigh myself this morning, just in the instance that I'd weigh more than 192.

I feel kinda lethargic and tired today though...jeez!

I've tried weighing myself 4 times per day a several times just to quantify this fluctuation -- at my weight, I can have a 5-8 pound swing throughout the day. Ordinarily, I weigh every morning, as soon as I wake and use the restroom. it's before I shower, before I take a sip of anything, and wearing roughly the same two garments.

I'm going to try something new. It's called 2-week accountability.

DO everything I have planned. REACH every goal. Excel for excellence.

90minutes of walking around the mall shopping!

Yeah I'm tired of this crap. I battled the 193s two weeks ago, and now I'm battling the 192s for the past 3 days? CMON Y'ALL!

I used a scale for breakfast! A avocado, minus the rotten parts, is only 3 ounces! I did 40min at the gym, while I did feel a cramp in my right ovary so I know the TOM will come!

Spent the night knitting then my mom comes in and asks my sister and i to go grocery shopping, so spent some time at the grocery store and bought some hot pot ingredients. Yummy and spicy stuff. We didn't finish everything so we'll probably do it again tomorrow.

My feet issues are bothering me quite a bit. I sent an email to my PCP and hope to have a referral to my podiatrist without a need of an office copay to retrieve that referral.

Don, you're so nice! Thanks. I will do it! =) I made that post strictly due to the fact I always am so iffy on exercising. I really need to up on that. Diet can be trimmed as well again. But exercise is a huge factor that can help me look better!

I am pretty sick and tired of seeing 192. But damn, did that cheese burger taste good! The shoe string fries, I killed, they were crispy and fresh. The mac n cheese was bland, but creamy goodness.

Now, I have feet swelling. Sigh* My PCP put in a weight bearing xray order so I'll get that done tomorrow. I'm excited to go see my podiatrist. I need some damn relief.

Still went to the gym, did not limp at all. Still going to go get the xray done tomorrow. My foot has blisters all over the top due to too tightness!

My weight bearing x-ray read::

- bone spur
- calcifications at the insertion of my achilles tendon
- bunion

WHAT THE HELL. Trying to achieve bodily perfection has certainly gone "out of the park" home run.

My PCP read the XR, going in to see a podiatrist on Thursday. Google searchin' helps and make sense.

The irony is that I start podiatry school in the fall and that this occurs while I am casually trying to lose weight. I describe my project as casual because losing about 18 pounds in 3 months is not enough. Weight loss helps to make bone spurs asymptomatic, but look, my weight loss caused mine to form or be symptomatic!

Help me, Jesus.

Burger was great yesterday and chinese food was great today. What's new? =/

Hey Laura, Sorry about the foot. That can become a huge problem if not cared for... but I see you're already doing swimming as an exercise. Does that work well for you as a cardio/strength workout? I'm thinking of adding it in the Fall.

Got some bad news everyone.

My right foot is pretty deformed. I never had foot/ankle xrays that showed how badly my foot was. Conservative care is custom orthotics, proper footwear, but in the long run, I will need arthrodesis (joint fusion)

3 months of post-op care. foot in a cast, then a boot. Swelling can take up to a full year.

I want to get this done now before I start school in August and while I have insurance.

I asked another DPM for his opinion, will call for a third tomorrow.
