Breakfast: sip of milk, 2 cheese sticks, 1 pretzel sticks, 250cal
Snack: 1/2 Krispy Kreme Oreo Donut, 200cal
Lunch: 1 Carls Jr gucamole bacon burger, crisscut fries, 1300cal
Dinner: ground turkey pasta, 2 cups salad, 1/4 mango, 400cal
Calories: 2150

10min sauna
It's crazy, but the krispy kreme donut didn't taste good, it was like a shot glass full of creamy sugar. Pure sugar! Eck!
I'm not holding up too well, folks. I'm tired. Wanna go home and sleep and knit!
I asked my coworkers to run to Carls Jr for me and I got the regular burger instead of the turkey burger. Fail! I still took one side of the bun off to cut some calories, but thoroughly enjoyed my criss cut fries.
I've wrapped both of my arches with athlete's tape and my pain has definitely subsided. I will definitely go to the gym tonight. I'm feeling good, no guilt.
