I woke up today feeling skinny. Weighed in at 191.2 after all that snacking. Can't wait to see 189 though. I've drank Diet A&W and black coffee this morning. Gotta increase water though. 16 cups is a lot of water. Yesterday I felt pretty good at 11 cups, so a gradual increase of water will do. Today's goal is 12 cups.

Wow it's been 6 days since my last post. Not my usual behavior. I just got tired of being accountable. This journey has been hard, it's really hard to change habits. It's so much easier to just sit back and relax.

I didn't want to jump off the cliff because I'm not done. So here I am again. Takes a wee bit of courage to be back here again and continue this struggle!

No quitting allowed. You can take a breather, go off the reservation, take a flying leap, but you cannot quit. :)
It is easier to sit back and relax, which is why I don't allow much flexibility. I think some people think I'm trying too hard, but for me it's easier to be "all in" and just live it day to day.

On April 23, a blast from the past came into my life. I lost my appetite and have started exercising like crazy.

The void I've filled with food this whole time is no longer there because I'm super preoccupied with thoughts of this individual. He comes into town from Louisiana on May 2. !!

Last few days have been a seriously whirlwind. I've lost my appetite and increased my activity.

It's been positive for my weight loss and damn do I look good, but it has been bad with my head. I've been consumed by the thoughts of him.

woke up and went to the gym..never done that before...suddenly a new habit with this man.

excited for even more exercise when he comes into town. TMI? ....HOORAH!

today did the 45min super leisurely dog walk at the dog park and then 45min cycling HARDCORE at the gym.

ate a chinese buffet but had no appetite (still dont, infatuation hardcore)
-3 panfried shrimp, 3 pieces of sushi roll, 1/2 cup egg drop soup, and steamed broccoli, 1 egg roll.

Yesterday woke up at 180.8 and then today woke up at 180.4

I ate 3 slices of french toast (halves) and 1 egg scrambled and 1 1/2 slice thick bacon and 8oz orange juice.
 
Yesterday I did cycle for 30min strong. So, I woke up this morning at 179.0 :)

This morning, met up with the friend. Man, was he a dork. Very nervous and dorky. I was just tired. Coffee at 6am? JEEEEZZ...it's nervewrecking already. sigh.

Today i ate: 1 slice of bacon, slice of toast, 1 egg, 1 cup of orange juice, and then 2 cups of black coffee. Then for dinner, I had 1/2 cup of "fritos pie" and some sausage and sauce/rice in a gumbo. Didn't eat much. Although, in total, I believe I ate about 1100 calories.

A bit different than usual. Going CLASS 4 rapids tomorrow. I pray to GOD I will come out alive....17 miles later.
 
Man the class 4 rapids are legit. Crazy fun. Definitely a workout. I got a pretty bad sun burn on my shoulders but my legs got a beauriful tan...at least to the top of my feet because of my water shoes.


Ate 1 banana for breakfast and lunch was a pita bread with dejon mustard and 4 slices of deli meat with 2 slices of cheese. With tomatoes and 8 pringles. 1 small chocolate chip cookie and 3 small slices of pineapple. Also 2 pouches of kool aid. Sounds like a lot of food....

600 calories so far. Teying to get a date with the guy tonight.
 
Good luck on the date related activities. I was at the bar tonight watching boxing, and I think I was being hit on, though I'm not really sure and was really not interested. But progress is progress I suppose.

So, dinner didn't happen. But two drinks at the bar one beer and one cocktail with my best friend. Then, hung out with the boy afterwards.

Trying to keep it classy, baby! Weighed in at 181.8 after rapids. Must be the water? Something...something...
 
Woke up at 179.8 today.

Took a dump. Those are rare, and when they do come, I appreciate them.

Woke up and ate leftover gumbo, about 400 salty calories worth. My tummy was torn up due to the spice. Planning on hitting up a bar to watch the Giants game and partake on some Mexican Food....now, I can't guarantee it'll be authentic Mexican food.

I don't know where my car keys went................so I can't go to the gym yet. I'm waiting for my family to come back from church see if they hold the answer...
 
I ate 3x yesterday.

Breakfast- left over gumbo, felt immediate bloat.
Lunch- spicy pork belly with rice, delicious
Dinner- spicy pork belly with rice and 2 fried eggs, washed it down with a danish and a cup of milk.

No surprise that I woke up feeling fat this morning, so no weigh-in. Drank water and ate watermelon all day. Did 25minutes on the cycling. Weighed in at 184.4

Tsk tsk tsk. I do have to say, my appetite came right back once my period left. Eugh.

Going to do the watermelon and water thing tomorrow as well.
