+ Not afraid to drink plenty of water, I drink 2 cups of water before I go to bed and I feel pretty good. I wouldn't say belly full bloated hydrated, but just enough not to send hunger signals to my brain.
+ Feeling bad about myself used to cloud my mind. Everything revolved around food or the tire around my belly. No more of either! Now what do I think about? Oh...man, I just might be normal.

For me it's usually February 14, or maybe April 1 when I realized I'm surrounded by easily amused morons. Or maybe it's today when I realize how judgmental I am. :D

Anyhow keep up the good efforts and remember there's no 'I' in the word quit. Actually there is. There is also a 'u', so you watch out for that while I will do the same.

191.8-192.4 Wed: Yoga at 6:30pm. Been awhile and I get itchy wanting to drive my car. Not driving for a few days saves gas and increases seconds in my life, but I have an urge to drive! So, yoga after work.

189.8 Fri: Going to eat at a fancy smancy Italian restaurant that took over an old Bank of America building with my fun girlfriends, 7 of us...Two things I love: Historical Architecture, to appreciate, and well-reviewed (thanks Yelp) Italian food. Oh, the girlies are fun too....but c'mon, I'll have deliciously prepared seafood in front of me! hopefully the bread will be fresh from the oven, orgasmic in my mouth!

I must just be allergic to gluten, so getting that Squid Ink Pasta gluten free! I'm so excited to eat, drink, and be merry...solo!

+Made the "right" choice for lunch - was hungry - didn't want to eat fast food, so I went to a local barbeque place - laid off the other side of wheat - no mayo - only ate half of the potato salad - brought back half the baked beans

- came home and weighed 194.6 after bikram, lunch was heavy, haven't BM'd in 2 days, expecting 192 tomorrow. The weight gain is from the lunch and not BMing. I hope I poo tomorrow!

Anyways, I'm back tomorrow. I just took these past few days off, of course I'm not going to step anywhere near the scale. I made my bed, did some cleaning of my room. I feel better and clearer. Got some paperwork errands taken care of. So, I'm feeling a bit more in control.

A clean room and a sharp to do list is the only way to keep Laura sane.
