Here's my story

Today was not really a diet day, even tho I didn't ate anything in exces, the food wasn't the problem, it was more a problem of alcohol, prob 1 liter of beer, 3 glass of red wine, and 2 glass of kirsh ( white wine coktail )

I didn't weight myself today, also forgot to do it...

Let's see tomorrow.
 
You might weigh a little less tomorrow, cause alcohol drains water from your body (that's why you're thirsty when hung over :p ).
But one can enjoy a drink now and then, gods knows I do (and usually more than one drink :ack2: )
 
Yea, family friends came over, fortunately I didnt' eat anything in exces, I drank a little too much, but otherwise, I still followed the same walk morning/evening pace.
 
Thanks again Clarissa, I'm feeling more and more in shape, I have a huge will of doing bicycle also, but I have none unfortunately... So I keep walking, walked 2 hours 30 straight yersteday evening, still 1 h 30 in the morning
 
Oh too bad about the bicycle, I love to ride it my bike. Hiking is great as well, but on the bike you can burn off the fat faster :)

But you're great, keep it up!
 
yea, riding a bike is also very fun, you can have fun where I live, there's tons of going up / going down so you can get crazy speed. And make a lot more effort that if you just did bike in the street.
 
Woke up late, couldn't weight myself, had to go for the walk, came back completly sick, took a shower, finally ate something, now I'm better but I guess no scale today.
 
So hot recently............................................I came back from my last walk and I probably lost 67 liters of water.
