Here's my story

wow drank too much water in a short time after a long hot walk and now my bottom belly hurts a lot. Didn't even know that was possible.
 
How many calories are you having a day?
Well there are some threads around this board (cannot link from the phone) where some users have written a lot about getting enough calories, water, proteins, fats and a large breakfast and a small dinner, and getting the puls up. Things like that.
 
Well, 150 in the morning, 300 in the evening + 3 liters of water/day.

I don't really know for the lunch time how many calories I eat but I still don't eat a lot like half of what I used to eat before.


99.1 kg today (218 lbs)
 
you should think about bringing a bottle on your walks, specially when it's warm. Dehydration is no joke...
 
98.2 kg today ( 216 lbs ) as well, couldn't go to the toilet the last 3 days tho, nor did I feel the need of it, so I need to do something about that.
 
Thanks Fox, I just checked how much I had lost since I created this thread, conclusion :

This thread has been created approximately 1 month ago when I started at :

107 kg ( 236 lbs )

1 month after I'm at :

97.6 today ( 215 lbs )

Which is around 10 kg / 21 lbs for 1 month of walking 1H30 to 2H every morning & every evening every day no exception and with paying more attention to what I eat.

Feels good man!
