Here's my story

What a great progress Benny!
I'm off work and off children. Going to attend parties both tonight and tomorrow, parties where I have to bring my own food (salad and chicken) and just look at meters of cake (competition). Well having allergies makes dieting easy - sometimes.

Thanks for the support ! Sometimes I wish I had allergies so my mother stop trying to feed me.

Cafe au lait is ok, just fit it in you calories. perhaps you could use "lait écrémé" to reduce the number of calories?

When I first started my journey, I thought my biggest enemy would be myself, but surprisingly I'm doing pretty good until now, my biggest enemy defined itself by the name "mother".

Little story of this evening : I was cooking myself some noodle soup ( something with milk ) and I wasn't gonna put any butter in it and I told my mother not to put any butter in it, the time I go take a glass for my cold water she had put some butter in it saying it wouldn't taste good otherwise, like holy f****** hell it's so hard to deal with her !

ps : I know I already complained about my mother, sorry for the possible redundancy.
ps2 : I love my mother.

I'd like to ask if anybody know why this morning I had difficulty finishing my morning apple ( my breakfast ) and this noon I'm a lot less hungry than the usual even after my walk.

I struggled with my afternoon snack and dinner too yesterday. Mine was due to the heat, and besides I find that exercise take away my appetite.

Well, my mother ate half of my apple this morning ( it was a big apple tho ) since I couldn't finish it, and this morning I ate a really little portion, I feel kinda tired but the weather went to very hot to very fresh so it may be because of that, also digestion. I'm drinking my cafe au lait right now.

Hi Benny!!!

Great job on your loss thus far. I wouldn't worry about how fast your losing weight. When you first start out, its a shock to your body and you tend to see higher losses- which is nice motivation to keep going!

The walks around your place look absolutely beautiful. I also found it hard to resist temptation when I lived at home. My parents were always supportive of my weight loss, but they'd make such yummy not always healthy food and I'd be tempted to eat it, especially my Dad loves baking and makes all these different loaves and baked goods.

Now I live on my own I just keep healthy food in my place no junk, so its easier. Although I do work at a restaurant which is a battle its hard to turn down nummy free food.

Keep up the good work on you journey!

This morning I couldn't go to the toilet, yet I'm at 100.1 kg (222 lbs)

Well at least my mother make healthy and not so hypercaloric food usually, and the evening I'm usually my own cook anyway.
Working at a restaurant if you're on diet must be a real pain in the stomach.

Finally my constipation went into bellyache mode and went to the toilet, delivered so hard that I decided to weight myself again after ( I had ate already breakfast + lunch and drank easily 1 liter of water already ) and I'm at 100.3 kg

So close to my first goal.

This morning I'm at 100.3 kg (221 lbs)

So I've eaten cereals for the first time of my life this morning and it tastes really good.

I wondered if these were good cereals so I'm gonna write down what I can see on the box and if someone who's knowledgeable in this matter can help me I'd be really grateful:

For 30 g of cereals + some milk = 172 kcal ( I've eaten only 20 g of cereals because going to 30 g was really a lot of cereals )

These cereals are rich in vitamin apparently here's the table:

Vitamin C : 68 mg
Vitamin B1 : 0.94 mg
Vitamin b2 : 1.2 mg
Vitamin PB/B3 : 13.6 mg
Vitamin B6 : 1.2 mg
Vitamin B9 : 170 ug
Vitamin B12 : 2.1 ug
Iron : 7 mg

It also says : 2%salt / 1% fat / 11 % sugar
Rich in fiber and made with whole wheat.

So if anyone have any clue of what that all mean I'd really appreciate some hints :biggrinjester:

My body is a troll, I weight 100.00 kg ( 220 lbs ) this morning, why couldn't it go at 99.99 so I reach my first goal?

Just kiddin'.

Hi guys and good morning!

There you go again my parents buying me bullshit that I told them to not buy me anymore for weeks, these stupid yoghurt super high caloric bottle and some other bs that I don't even name.
