GET ON HERE NAO! let's see some update action! i would ask how are you, but i already know. so check it. I went back and read the first 10 pages of my diary, when it was just you baglady schwa and relly posting consistantly. its amazing how much we've grown. Things like "how do you do 1 hour on the elliptical?!?" to "how do you get up in the AM to work out?!?" and i look at you know and it i can't believe there was a time where you didn't do thos things. I remember when i couldn't do more than 20-30 min on the elliptical. hahah. boy have times changed. i like when i hurt my back you told me to calm down with all the crazy sex poses!!! lol. its been almost a half year now. man. we are doing so awesome. i look back at how much energy i had and such. well i still ahve it, but just not as much as then. crazy. just thought i'd reminisce with you!
Haha yep that sounds like me… giving you a hard time about kinky sedx poses as the reason why you hurt your back!!! Hehe. Oh man time does fly!!! To think I started all this in February… it has been half a year!!! WOWSERS!!!
Thank you for sticking with me through all of the ups and downs ? Totally love ya boy!!! ? You are ALWAYS so upbeat and positive… its contagious! You have done incredible… to think you are OVER half way to your goal… and 70lbs lost!!! ? you are awesome.
Anyways… update update… hmmmm ok well yesterday was a decent day eating wise… did not go to the gym however. I will be hitting it hard tonight and doing a morning sesh tomorrow!!
Food intake for 7/9
Breakfast
1 coffee with sugarfree cream and splenda
Special k w. berries & skim milk
Lunch
Grilled shrimp salad ( banana peppers, shrimp, mozzarella cheese,onions) house vingerette on the side
100 cal finger cake
Snack 1:30- Decaf Hot Tea, oatmeal raisin cookie
Dinner
Ham steak , ¼ cup mac and cheese, 1.5 cups of veggies ( broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix) and some low fat cheese melted on it
Dessert- non fat white chocolate mocha
I must say I am pretty freakin pumped because tonight the bf and I are going to the movies with some friends to see the Bruno movie hehehe… should be a good time!!!! Ill stop in tonight or tomorrow morning about my work out this evening
